Regulation 45/2001 (herein after "the Regulation") applies to the processing of personal data carried out in the process of selection and recruitment of staff at cme37 Consulting GmbH.
Further to Article 11 and Article 12 of this Regulation, the cme37 Consulting GmbH provides the data subjects with the following information:

The categories of data collected and used for the processing operations are:
- administrative data (contact details)
- academic and professional data (curriculum and cover letter)
- evaluation data (data provided by the jury)
The recipients of the data are:
- the members of the Jury/Selection board
- the Human Resources Unit
- the Director (AIPN)

The applicants have the right of access and the right to rectify the data concerning him or her by contacting the person designated as being in charge of the processing operation. The right of rectification can only apply to factual data processed within the selection procedure. In addition, data related to the admissibility criteria can not be rectified after the closing date of submitting applications.

Wenn Sie uns per E-Mail, Telefon oder Telefax kontaktieren, wird Ihre Anfrage inklusive aller daraus
hervorgehenden personenbezogenen Daten (Name, Anfrage) zum Zwecke der Bearbeitung Ihres Anliegens
bei uns gespeichert und verarbeitet. Diese Daten geben wir nicht ohne Ihre Einwilligung weiter.
Die Verarbeitung dieser Daten erfolgt auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, sofern Ihre Anfrage mit
der Erfüllung eines Vertrags zusammenhängt oder zur Durchführung vorvertraglicher Maßnahmen
erforderlich ist. In allen übrigen Fällen beruht die Verarbeitung auf unserem berechtigten Interesse an der
effektiven Bearbeitung der an uns gerichteten Anfragen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) oder auf Ihrer
Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) sofern diese abgefragt wurde; die Einwilligung ist jederzeit
widerrufbar.
Die von Ihnen an uns per Kontaktanfragen übersandten Daten verbleiben bei uns, bis Sie uns zur Löschung
auffordern, Ihre Einwilligung zur Speicherung widerrufen oder der Zweck für die Datenspeicherung entfällt
(z. B. nach abgeschlossener Bearbeitung Ihres Anliegens). Zwingende gesetzliche Bestimmungen –
insbesondere gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfristen – bleiben unberührt.
